The Cluny Byker, Newcastle Upon Tyne Monday 22 September 2009 Afro-beat/bluegrass/folk band from London, they created quite a frenzy, and the gig was completely sold out! not bad for a Monday. It was very warm and quite clammy. We were all soaked, but I love the smell of sweat, beer, stale fags and cheap perfume - nothing else like it, the smell of a gig.  Photo for NARC music magazine. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
