Part of the infamous "toilet" tour since the mid-80s, the Adelphi is one of the last surviving underground live music venues in the country. Everyone who's anyone in the music scene in the past 25 years has played the Adelpi, including Radiohead, Pulp, The La's, and Oasis.

Nice shot, but i call bullshit on it being 'one of the last surviving underground live music venues in the country' when I can think of a fair few.

That's a quote from the adelphi site. But i've shot bands in a lot of places up and down the UK, and none of them has the feel of the adelphi. It's my favourite, i think x

It was a cracking night! there were 5 bands on -
The DiYs, The Chevrolites, The Ramsays, The Cliques and the GST Cardinals! lucky me, i'm the photographer for all those bands! :D Maybe you can come next time!! :hug:
